The kids ran around while I blew leaves about the yard this morning. Tease stole a bottle and the fun began! Tease thinks bottles are cool.

A weekend at home...

We spent the weekend at home. Saturday we worked in the yard and had marrow bones. It was 40 degrees and the girls helped me rake - well sort of.

Sunday, we're training indoors (group sits and waves) while up to 8" of snow is expected to fall! I really hate the month of March:) By the way, I'm still taking photos with my I-Phone. I MUST get a camera soon.

We spent the weekend hanging out and playing in the yard.

Flicker is always ready to pose - and counts as one blue merle...
Frenzy, Flicker's mom, is a lovely red merle - she makes two...

Torch, ever the ham, makes three....

Bogart's 10th Birthday!

I always do something for Bogart's birthday, which is on Valentine's Day. He turned 10 this year. Bogart, dumped at the shelter at about 6 weeks old, was rescued by my friend Kathryn and given to me at 10 months old. I normally hold agility run throughs for him but this year we went away for a relaxing weekend. One stop was High Point State Park in NJ. I had my I-Phone and here's what we got.

The view was beautiful and I can't wait to go back in the summer and fall.

Now for the family. OK so this was complicated in the cold, wind and my lack of patience! Um-mm, the camera is the OTHER way guys.

Vacationing with 4 "kids" is sooo much fun. I would like to try again on a WARM and wind free day and a new camera!

November Day at the Beach

This morning we were up early - I mean who really cares about that whole fall back thing?

So, I took all the kids to the beach for a romp in the sand...
Tease really gives Torch a run for his money...

Then we loose the new $20 fire hose Frisbee toy thingy in Long Island Sound! It's OK, I have tennis balls!!!

With 6 kids our daily walk is in done in two shifts:)

After a morning of playing in the yard, weave pole training, contact work, jump grids and frozen marrow bones all kids are finally taking a well deserved rest - at the same time. These days off are hard!

We're hanging out on the deck this morning. I'm on my second pot of coffee - it's small pot - and we're relaxing, not knowing what to do with ourselves since Speedoggie Summer Camp is over:( So, I decided to listen to some music and make this close up day while the kids chew up what's left of the grass in the yard.

We welcomed Frenzy (Flicker's Mom) and Dig-It! (Tease's sister) for a few days bringing my pack to 6! Here's a romp in the backyard. These photos are for Mayhem & Chris to make them laugh and smile:) Mayhem is recovering from surgery.
